Every new conversation counts, whether your customer or your company starts it. It lasts 3 days from its first message, with unlimited messages.
Your company can start conversations with customers who agreed to receive your updates.
When your quota and packs run out, everything new is paused until you buy a pack or the next month starts: new conversations from your customers reach your inbox, but you can't reply to them, and your company can't start conversations. Conversations already underway continue as usual.

Each AI suggestion, automatic answer or summary uses one credit. Automatic answers wait until your customer finishes writing: if they ask across several messages, the AI replies once and uses a single credit.
When your credits and AI packs run out, AI stops until you buy a pack or the next month starts. Your team keeps working as usual.
